“Hi, I see on the internet that you make a lot of money. I want to do that to. Can I take you out for cofee or lunch.
He replied: “No, I don’t drink coffee and I’m not eating lunch today because I’m on my way to a property. If you want to drive over and meet me, come on.” I said: text me the address! Immediate action.
I worked for him for free to learn the ropes and by 21, I bought my first investment property.
